Terms
Payment is due IN FULL prior to shipping, no exceptions. Accepted methods of payment are through paypal, cashier’s checks & personal checks (payment must clear bank before shipping). Payment plans will be addressed on an individual basis, absolutely no payment plans on purchases less than $1,000.00. We do not ask for deposits but will not hold any animal without one. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot fill your specific order, so please do not send a deposit if you are unable to pay your balance off within the agreed upon time frame. Unless special arrangements have been made an animal is NOT considered sold until payment is received.
Shipping
We will only ship inside the continental US. Shipping will be on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. We will not ship when temperatures are above 85 or below 35 degrees en-route from Connecticut to your destination. We WILL NOT jeopardize the health of any animal if shipping conditions are unfavorable. Please do not ask us to ship outside our shipping terms. Most orders will be sent FedEx unless other arrangements have been made. We will not ship to you unless we have agreed upon a date and time. You MUST be present to sign for your shipment. All animals will be shipped in styrofoam lined shipping boxes with gel or heat packs as needed without any additional costs to you.
Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy upon arrival if signed for on the first delivery attempt. If you are dissatisfied with the health of your animal we must be notified within 4 hours of arrival by way of email or phone call (leave message if you get voice mail). You may return it after proper notification to us within 48 hours of receipt for full refund less shipping & handling. With on-time delivery DOAs we will need to be notified within 4 hours from time signed for. On any DOA arrivals, no replacements or credits will be made until we can document the death of the animal, this can only be done by returning the animal to us. NO GUARANTEE IF NO ONE IS THERE TO SIGN FOR PACKAGE ON FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. Our goal is your satisfaction, ensuring you receive the highest quality captive-bred reptiles.
